Publication Charge

ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (APC)

JEET: Journal of English Education and Technology is committed to the global dissemination of high-quality research in English education and technology through a Platinum/Gold Open Access model. To maintain our editorial standards and technical infrastructure, we have established the following fee policy:

1. Fee Structure

  • International Authors: FREE OF CHARGE. As part of our commitment to fostering global academic diversity, authors affiliated with non-Indonesian institutions are exempt from any publication fees (0 USD).
  • Indonesian Authors: IDR 300,000. This fee applies only to manuscripts that have been officially accepted for publication following a rigorous double-blind peer review process. There are no submission fees.

2. Allocation of Funds

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is utilized exclusively to support the journal's professional operations, including:

  • DOI Registration: Ensuring each article has a permanent, globally indexed link through Crossref.
  • Digital Infrastructure: Covering OJS hosting, web maintenance, and data security.
  • Plagiarism Screening: Funding the use of Turnitin to ensure the highest standards of originality.
  • Long-term Archiving: Managing digital preservation to ensure articles remain accessible indefinitely.

3. Payment Methods

Upon acceptance, the corresponding author will receive detailed payment instructions via email. Payments can be processed through:

  • Domestic Transfers: Local Indonesian banking (BNI, BRI, BCA, etc.).
  • Electronic Payment: Other designated platforms as instructed by the editorial office.

4. Ethical Statement

Editorial decisions are strictly based on the scholarly merit, novelty, and contribution of the manuscript. The author’s ability to pay or their institutional affiliation has no influence on the editorial decision-making process.
